Shop bought items

Any purchases from the shop, that are unused, can be returned for a refund minus shipping costs, up to 14 days after you have received the item. Return shipping is at your own cost. Please contact us if you wish to return an item.

Customised items

Due to the unique nature of customised items, we are unable to accept returns unless there is an issue with the manufacture of the item.
